WATCH FOR WATER LEAKS
Be advised, heavy rains and high winds can cause water penetration in our townhomes. If you see any obvious signs of a water leak, PLEASE, call HOAMCO at 928 (776-4479) and let Tammy Pasco , our HOAMCO representative know a.s.a.p.

A & D has sealed all of the roofs to the best of their ability during the dry conditions, but things can get missed. If you can, go into your attic while it is raining, to determine if you have a penetration of water and note where it is located. This can be very difficult to find after the rain stops.
